Q: What is prayer?

A: Prayer is talking to God.

Q: Why do I pray?

A: There are many reasons to pray! One excellent reason is because God commands us to (Ephesians 6:18).

Q: Where do I pray?

A: You can prayer anywhere!

Q: When do I pray?

A: You can pray at anytime of the day!

Q: How do I pray?

A: Prayer is talking to God. Talk to Him as you would to your best friend! Here are a few suggestions of things to talk to God about:

  • Thanksgiving: Thank the Lord for what He is doing in your life (Psalm 136:1)
  • Praise: Praise the Lord for Who He Is (Psalm 150:1-2)
  • Ask for Forgiveness: Ask the Lord to forgive you for the things you’ve done that are wrong (1 John 1:9)
  • Requests: Pray for your family and friends, missionaries you know, your nation, your community and yourself (Ephesians 6:18)
